New facility including front office, amenities and Reception.
Construction within Jaguar Land Rover live operations in 2 Phases

- External plasterboard ceilings to reception area entrance
- Double skin steel partitions
- External Wall lining and internal partitions
- Plasterboard and grid/tile suspended ceilings
- XL composite glazed screens incorporating integral remote controlled blinds
- Internal doorsets and joinery
- Raised access flooring
- Hygienic wall cladding in WC areas
- IPS Panelling system
How We Made a Difference
The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. As a result of this, the next phase of work to form a VIP Walkway and Visitors Centre was successfully negotiated with Anglo Holt
