This dual‑brand retail fit‑out in Milton Keynes delivered a fully redesigned interior for Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton, incorporating new partitions, feature recesses, bespoke display joinery, and an extensive MF ceiling system.  The works created two distinct yet complementary showroom environments, finished with high‑spec decorative treatments and carefully integrated lighting support to suit each brand’s retail identity.

The project involved the full internal fit out of two adjacent retail units, Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton, within a shared commercial space. Works included partitioning, wall linings, recessed displays, bespoke MDF shelving, boxed columns, and complete MF ceiling installation with integrated access panels and support pattresses. A high quality decorative finish, including limewash paint and vinyl matt emulsion, completed the coordinated dual brand interior.

Full Interior Fit-Out Services

• New wall linings and bulkheads installed and finished, ready for decoration.
• 4m of full‑height stud partition built to separate the two franchise areas.
• Recessed shelving added to the Katie Loxton rear wall, including two hidden access panels.

• MDF skirting installed and fully decorated.
• All new wall areas, bulkheads, columns, shelving & skirting finished in vinyl matt emulsion.
• MF ceiling installed with plasterboard and decorated.
• Ceiling access panels fitted (600x600mm).
• Ceiling pattresses installed to support suspended items and feature lighting.
• Limewash paint applied throughout both brand areas for a premium finish.
