The Brief

For this project, the brief was to create a new modern workspace for Work Unit 1 all under one roof as they had previously been in a number of different buildings.

What We did

This was a sizeable projects. For Work Unit 1, we provided a new mezzanine floor for a comms room and archive.

Mezzanine floors are a great way to utilise the space you have – especially if your building has a high roof.

To the ground floor, we added a kitchen and breakout area for the employees.  W.C’s were installed to the ground floor for the workshop.

On the first floor, we added another kitchen and breakout area as well as another set of W.C’s. We also created a new open plan office and boardroom using various partitions.

How We Made a Difference For Work Unit 1

The contract was completed on time and on budget even though there were a number of changes. It was all finished to a high standard and snag free.

We pride ourselves on completing all of our work on time and within budgets for our clients.
